My form label keeps reverting to Type a Question in the PDF editor

    Hi Jotform team,

    I'm having a few issues with my forms.

    1. text in some of the fields keeps reverting back to the 'type a question' text once I click off the field. Please see below. How can I stop this from happening?

    2. The PDF's I am downloading are not working. I am having this pop up when trying to open them

    3. The PDF is not saving correctly. Here is the correct version which I put together and below is the version that opens when I try to re-open it.

    Please could someone help me with these issues, I would be extremely grateful.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. 

    I think you have figured this out the text already. To prevent this from happening, make sure not to open both form builder and PDF editor because changes in both are connected. Once you change something in the PDF editor, it will be reflected in the form builder. Both can override each other if you open them simultaneously.
