My PayPal payment field keeps saying it can't authenticate

    Is there a way to pay to have you guys fix this? It just keeps saying it can't authenticate

    Hello @elitetravelinc - You don't need to pay us for anything JotForm-related. We're always here to help. Can you be more specific about the issue though?

    I noticed you posted this comment in our user guide for PayPal Integration. Forms integrated with a PayPal payment field (the standard one), only requires you to enter your PayPal email address. If this was the form you're having issues with then you need to setup/configure the payment field first.

    To do that, click the PAYPAL field in your form > click the WAND icon > click the GEAR icon at the top right > make sure you enter your PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS > then hit CONTINUE.
