Why are my Jotform registrants receiving the wrong confirmation details?

    I have students registered for an event via jotform, but they are receiving incorrect confirmation details. 

    They are all selecting, correctly, the DAT Preview class option from the appropriate dropdown menu. 

    But!  They are all being notified of their registration in the LSAT preview class, which is incorrect.


    How can I fix this?

    Hi Ben,

    Looking at your form, I have observed that you have not set any conditions. Also, I can see that your Autoresponder is set up to send your students an email containing their details - the exact information that they have filled out.

    I also cannot see any fields that has the option LSAT. Please use the conditions wizard to send out more appropriate confirmation emails to your students.
