I realise the new - yet to be released - iOS app for Jotform will be able to make offline form filling a breeze but until thats released Im looking at the PDF method. However after trying a couple of apps (Adobe Sign & Fill, Adobe Acrobat for iOS) - I am not seeing the submit button. Which iOS PDF reader/filler do you recommend does work?

    Many thanks

Are you referring to the Fillable PDFs? If so, the fillable PDF form shall works best with Adobe acrobat reader or Foxit PDF reader to be able to submit the form. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information on Fillable PDF forms.

So, the submit button is shown in the same fillable PDF form when you access it through y our Mac, but it doesn't when you access it from your iOS mobile device?

Unfortunately, I don't have an iOS device to test with. Could you please share a screenshot of the fillable PDF form viewed in the Adobe reader from your iOS device? I have created a bug ticket report, so our back-end end can investigate further, but I would be helpful to include the screenshot in the ticket.

Unfortunately, mobile PDF readers do not have a functionality to submit PDF forms yet. That is why you can not see a Submit button there.

Our developers are working on developing our own mobile application with lots of features. There should be an option to submit forms offline: https://apps.jotform.com/app/iphone_app_(next)

Not sure if this would help in your case, but you can still try it out to see if you could somehow use it.

Let us know if you need more help.

My apologies, I have just realized that you are already aware of new application.

Anyways, I can suggest to provide a link to online version of your PDF form, so mobile users could submit it via any mobile browser.

Unfortunately, such PDF readers on mobile devices do not support submitting fillable PDF forms.

Only Adobe Acrobat(Windows & Mac) and Foxit reader(Windows) are capable of submitting fillable PDF forms.

Until then we suggest you use the online version of your forms or wait for the release of the new mobile app.

    Thank you.
