If I downgrade in order to change my payment method, will I lose what is already in my account?

    We've had our account for our business for over a year now.  However, we need to change our payment method due ot hackers in our previous paypal account.  I've searched the forums for an answer as to how to change the payment method and all I get is that I need to downgrade our premium account to free, then re-upgrade to premium with the new payment method.

    I'm fine with doing that (although I would like to suggest to the support team to alter this so that we can change our payment method directly from our account settings), but I don't want to lose what we already have in our account in doing this.  Can you tell me if I will be able to keep my data and forms as they are while changing the plan in order to change my payment method?

    I ended up downloading all our information to excel spreadsheets and went ahead and downgraded our account.  However, now it is not giving me the option of upgrading it to premium.  Please help as these forms are used DAILY for our business so they need to be up and in working condition ASAP!

    I can see you were able to purchase the Premium subscription with Ord Ref Nº  INT130205-2845-20612 made a few minutes ago.
