My account over quota?

    My name is Brad Mann.  I have a Premium account, but it says that I have reached my quota and our forms will be disabled.  The premium limit is 1,000 submissions per month.  We are nowhere near having that number.  Can you please provide me with some assistance?

    I'm in the same boat.  Apparently I'm over the upload quota of
    "-2,146,435,072.00 B".

    Dear Brad,  I have received the same message.  I am nowhere near reaching the limit, and have been told the same as tpettyrox has been told.  There is also no way to contact Jotform to sort this out?  My forms will be disabled tomorrow and I have a Premium account.  Does anyone know what is going on?
