We are FREE now... what happens when we exceed our FREE limits?

Asked by elcaminohigh on February 05, 2013 at 10:15 AM

Will we be notified and "shut down" or will the system automatically upgrade? I are doing a fund-raiser and accepting ticket sales through a form. If we upgrade to accept more than 10 payments, can we downgrade after the event?

    Hi,

When you are near your limits, you will received a notification message to your email which indicates the said issue and you'll be asked to upgrade to one of our paid plans to avoid any interruption from the service.

Note that, when you reached your limits, your forms will be temporarily disabled. This means your form users can't submit any data with your forms anymore. An error message will be displayed to your form that says "Form over quota".

If you've upgraded your account, your forms will be restored back since your submissions quota would increase. However, if you do not like to upgrade, you have to wait until the monthly submisions reset comes which will happen every first day of the following month. For example, next reset will be on March 01, 2013.

Here in JotForm, you can cancel your subscription anytime you wish.

Feel free to let us know if you have further questions or concerns. Thanks!
