I received an email notification that says "JotForm Premium Monthly Subscription" $9.95. I thought this was a credit card receipt for my automatic renewal.
Today I received an email telling me I am over my limit and my account will be cancelled tomorrow (Wednesday) at noon. I logged into my account and pressed the "renew subscription" button but it has not asked me for payment. I ended up doing that process twice so I hope I will not be charged twice for one month. Can you explain to me how this works?

Yes, it will renew your subscription automatically until such time you wish to cancel your subscriptioni.
And as the time passed your notice, you are still a premium subscriber and your forms are not disabled so you need not to worry.
