Redirecting to

Recently, I encountered problems with casino room Canada, namely that when I want to switch to one of the pages of the casino, I was redirected to the main page. A couple of weeks ago, it redirected me or other guests to another casino (not what you choose). This bug was fixed (someone broke the code of our site), but now there is no such error. Could you tell what this might be related to and how I can fix it?  

Is this related to JotForm? Have you embedded the Form on this website?
