Get an error "Please fix errors before signing" when trying to use this widget - see attached screenshot. Integration is authenticated with my DocuSign account, and all information is valid on the form (name, email), so not sure what else needs to be fixed.

I have checked your form and it seems you have placed the Docusign widget in the middle of your card Form.
You would need all your card fields to be filled before you can use the docusign widget.
Kindly place the docusign widget and your terms and condition at the last part of your form.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
