Hello, I'm trying to downgrade my account to the free one and it goes to a different page altogether (Plimus?) and I don't know what password they are asking for.

Yes that is correct, this is happening because when you upgraded it created an account through the plimus payment gateway of ours for your subscription which you would need to log into to cancel your subscription. You can reset it here - https://cp.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1
I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription per your request so that you don't need to worry about doing it yourself. If you log into your account ( http://www.jotform.com/myaccount ) you'll now notice that you have an expiration date closer to the end of this month. Your account is scheduled to downgrade on 3/2/13.
