Issues with submission trying to bulk send lots of entries

Asked by Printrbot on February 05, 2013 at 01:41 PM

I have Zapier setup to push JotForm submissions to Trello cards. However, at apx 6:58 AM PST this morning JotForm attempted to bulk send a lot of entries via Zapier.  Zapier then issued a throttle on the submissions to block the attempt.  I have looked at my JotForm submissions and they match the Trello cards, so thankfully everything looks good there.  However, I would like to try and find the cause of the issue in order to prevent any future problems.  Can you take a look at your logs to see if you can find the problem?  I have the log file from Zapier at the time of the incident and can you send you that as well.  Just let me know.  Thanks.

Thank you for this information and we do deeply apologize about this problem. It seems we were having trouble with one or more of our servers earlier as I just found out this but it appears that this has since cleared up mostly so I think the data may have bottlenecked slightly but then went through in bulk afterwards which would explain what just happened to you.

If the problem continues or happens again please do let us know immediately.
