Hello I am a start up healthcare company and I have the following questions:

    1. I will be completing documentation forms as I work with patients at their houses. Often I will not be able to finish the form at the patient’s house. I need to be able to save my progress on the form and then complete the form when I get home. Is this possible?

    2. I need patients to sign a form verifying that they completed my session. Is this possible

    3. I may also need to complete forms offline and later upload when I have internet connection.

Hello Christopher, I would like to suggest several options for you.

    The form can be submitted:

    1) Web version of the form - using any modern internet browser. Web forms do not yet have an option to be saved offline. However, our developers are working on new application called JotForm Next, which is supposed to have such functionality, Application is not yet released, but you can try the Beta version here: https://apps.jotform.com/app/iphone_app_(next)

    2) Fillable PDF version of the form - using Adobe PDF viewer or Foxit PDF viewer. Fillable PDF forms do not support online payments and most of the widgets. But, in your case, you could save filled PDF files at your device and submit them when you get online.

We have several signature options, please review them here: How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form

HIPAA related information can be reviewed here: https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/

Please let us know if you have more questions.
