Jotform have cancelled my Premium Account

    I have paid for a Premium Account which continues until December but I have just been notified that it expires tomorrow and all my forms will be disabled.  WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

    I have checked your account and you're not in schedule for downgrade (or I believe I have already looked into this).
