    I've just had an email from yourselves detailing the following: -

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Wednesday at 12pm EST. Premium accounts are limited to -2,146,435,072.00 B of upload space.

    But looking at my account settings I don't seem to be anywhere near the limits mentioned below and I am already a Premier User, could you advise please?

    I have had the same email, and I have only used 16 submissions and 7 payments. I have also used NO UPLOADS. I took out Premier membership at the beginning of this year and have now been told I have exceeded the quota and further that my Premier account has EXPIRED!  I have paid for a year of Premier membership and have proof of that.

    There also seems to be no way to contact anyone for an explanation, only to post on this Forum?

    Since something we bought in good faith (ie for a year) with clearly defined limits (much greater than used) is not actually now what it states it is, are we protected by Paypal?

    I am a Premium member and have also received exactly the same e-mail. I have used 0B of the 10GB upload space. Please explain as a matter of urgency as I am currently receiving regular submissions. I assume there is a glitch in the system?
