Form stuck on Submit

    When I click submit, button changes to please wait and gets hung up there. Can you help?

    Hello Keith, It seems that you have used wordpress oembed plugin to add a form, plugin does not allow to submit a form. 

    Could you please check our recommendations as to embedding forms to Wordpress sites below?
