I received this message from a potential entrant:

    Hi,

I’m having difficulty submitting payment for the pocket poetry contest. The entry page isn’t letting me input my credit card information. Am I doing something wrong?

When I try to test the form, I can put my first and last name in on the payment section, but then the cursor skips straight to the 'Submit' section instead of letting me put my card info in. Please fix ASAP. Thanks!

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Is this issue happening on this form: https://www.jotform.us/form/90545063900149?

I tested your form, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue:

    Is the form embedded?

I checked this URL: https://volopressbooks.com/pocket-poetry-prize  but I wasn't able to find your form there.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I switched out the JotForms with Google Forms since I wasn't able to rely on Jotform and was losing entrants / sales. I used the form that doesn't have a payment feature attached and it worked just fine. I got an email notification and when I logged into my Jotform dashboard, I could see that the request had gone through. That form is at https://VoloPressBooks.com/reserve .

Regarding the contest entry form mentioned in my original post, I was also able to fill in the form while editing it from the Jotform site. But when I tried to go to the link through a different browser (as though I am an entrant), I got the same problem the entrant noted. I could fill out every field except the payment information. Yet, it wouldn't let me submit the form because the payment info is required.

    🤔

If free forms from Google work better than the ones I am paying you for, why am I paying you?

I may just have to cancel my subscription. If you come up with a solution by the end of the day, let me know.

    Thanks.
