CSS for the 'Classic Layout' vs. 'Card layout'

I have been struggling trying to get the look of my single page form to be similar to the look of it hen I do a Card Layout version. In particular I would really like the same Input fields look and feel .. radio buttons, check boxes etc. but I can see that it is not that easy.

Can you please advise whether it is possible to have similar looking form elements in both configurations ( Card Layout vs. Classic Layout ) ?

    Thanks.

The look and feel for the Cards Form and Classic Form is different. However, you may try duplicating the Cards CSS to Classic layout Form.

Let us know the Form URL so that we can check further.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

This is a clone of the form: https://form.jotform.co/90618822100852

I have done significant CSS work on it but have removed it all so that I don't clutter up what you see. It would be great to have the radio buttons, check boxes and text fields look and feel like the ones in the Card Layout.

    Many thanks.

Could you please look into my cloned Form:

I have done some modification in the Advanced Designer.

    Thanks.

Looks great. Thanks so much. I would like to go a bit further if possible. I would like the same check boxes and radio buttons and associated labels that also appear in the Card Layout. I can't quite work out the proper way to do the custom CSS.
