All my forms have disappeared

    Hello,

    I logged in today to update a form and it seems my entire account has been wiped clean--no forms, no history of use.  Please help! I have a client waiting to receive one of these forms. Please help. Thanks you.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account "cdpnuk" and it seems this account was signed up just today. 

    Based on your Ip address, it seems you have another account with username "IntervalCoaching". The profile email address of this account is carolyn@intervallifecoach.com.

    I would suggest you to please use "IntervalCoaching" username to sign in to your JotForm account and you should be able to see all forms.
