Changes to my form does not have any effects on the embedded form on my webpage.

We have cleared form caches for your account, so the issue should be resolved. You may need to clear your browser cache to be able to see updated form.
Also, the problem has been escalated to our Next Level Support.

I have process a manual clear form caches. Can you please try again and see if it works.
