Email bounceback

    When my team complete a form, which usually requires input of an email address, there are occasions where the email cannot be delivered.  This is commonly due to either an incorrect (misspelled) email address or the email account is no longer in service.

    Is there a method in Jotform that I can adopt which would result in bounceback emails being sent to the originator of the form?

    Unfortunately, that is not possible. However, you can prevent such issues with the E-mail Validator widget.
