    inject css ignored on site?

Asked by wunderwoman on February 05, 2013 at 08:10 PM

    Really odd....

I've modified the CSS on the form (preferences > form styles > inject custom css

    Here's my code:

    .form-line { padding: 0px !important; margin: 0px !important; }

Works just fine on the jotforms editor and the preview in the editor.
But when I use the embed code on my site or using the jotform preview in the embed wizard, it looks as though this code gets ignored.

What have I forgotten to do?

    Thanks!

Hmm.  thinking it's some sort of delay on JF side?

I've cleared my browser and website cache and the form doesn't reflect my most recent change (additional text field).

Is there a way to clear this up or do I just wait for a few hours?

    Interesting.

Cloned the form and the clone works.

Problem solved, sort of... Everytime I make a change to the form I have to clone it to get it to work.

Well, I thought it was working.

    Hover text not working...

too hard. making form ultra basic

    There's a replication delay with form.jotform.

Please check your embed codes if you are using form.jotform . If yes, then please change it to www.jotform to sort the issue.

    Example:

    <script src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/30360531627851" type="text/javascript"></script>

    Please change it to:

    <script src="//www.jotform.co/jsform/30360531627851" type="text/javascript"></script>

Thanks Goldo - I did the www change and still had same results.  Dunno... cloning seems simplest for now.
