Google Drive Integration for HIPAA Form: the required date fields are empty in the PDF submission file that is sent to Gdrive.

    I have a couple of date fields on a form. They are set as required fields. I get a confirmation email on form submission and that shows the dates, but the pdf on google drive has them blanK. Whats up?

    Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    We tried to reproduce the problem on the cloned version but it is working for us.

    Can you please check the PDF Document in the PDF Editor and confirm that the date fields has a proper format in its settings? Example:

    If that doesn't help, please recreate the PDF Document, delete the existing PDF Document and create a new one. This normally fixes the problem.
