You can set up Notification Email by this, you can get the submitted data to your email as soon as the user submits the form. Go to Settings > Email > Notification Email.

Then in the Recipients field, you can set the Sender Name, Reply-to Email and in the Recipient Email, the email address linked to your account will be added automatically, if you want you can update it with a different email address. You can find more options in the Advanced section. You can also change the email subject and content in the Email section.

A screenshot about what you're getting on your end would be helpful, you may upload images to this forum thread following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Note that the form builder is the same for all of our users regardless the form layout used, the instructions should work to add the email notification.

Note that also images attached via email replies will not reach this thread.

Also, there is not a functionality a such that will allow to deny or approve a submission, but you may implement a workaround where you receive the submission, open the edit link, review the submission and apply/deny it using a field that you will add to your form, then you can trigger emails based on that. Here's also a guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow
