HIPAA Account: Error 404 in sheets

    Please help us by solving the error 404 that gives us the following url in which I see the shipments I have received.

    I can see that you are on a free plan which has no HIPAA Compliance. Are you referring to the submissions link of the form? If yes then below is the one:

    My plan is for payment. (Gold)

    And as I say the url throws me an error 404.

    Please, help me solve the problem.

    The administrator user of the account is turnerchile

    I can see that user account: turnerchile was reactivated. Can you please try to login to that account, go to sheets page and let us know the status if the sheets page is displaying normally or not?

    Let us know the status once you check this so that we can investigate accordingly.

    I entered with the turnerchile account and it still does not work.
