PDF Editor: The Form fields are unordered when the PDF report is downloaded and sent as attachment

    Hi Sorry,
    I’ve on closer inspection, I’ve seen that the form in ‘builder’ is completely different to the one in the ‘submission’ PDF viewer! (see snips)

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    We had a temporary issue with the PDF editor where fields were unordered. Although it was fixed right after, the fields in your PDF document had to be manually re-arranged.

    To save your time, we created a new document in your PDF Editor named "Jotform". You can use this new PDF document moving forward. See this link.

    Sorry for the inconveniences. The root cause of this issue is fixed.

    I have compared the online form and pdf document my colleague created on your editor. They have the elements in the same order.

    So now it’s not saving changes in the PDF
    The changes are saving on the online for (see copy in orange)

    If a field you added to your form is missing from the PDF report, edit your report and add it.

    You can just look at the tow different URL’s instead.
    I managed to save it as a PDF through my printer settings in the end.

    I have tested your PDF link and I was able to download the submission PDF.

    May we know the web browser you're using to download your PDF?

    Can you please try clearing your browser's cache or use another web browser in downloading?

    Let us know if the issue still remains.
