i made the payment for purchasing the Subscription of your Jot form but the webpage expired.
request if you could let me know whether the amount has been transferred to your account.

I have checked our records and we have not received a payment for your account as of yet.
If you wish, you can go ahead and process the payment and if you see that there is a descrepancy at a later day, simply let us know and we'll be more then glad to sort it our for you.
