My link comes with a sad smiley

    Hello,

    I already create an entry in the forums but can not find it anymore. When I try to pass a link to my jotform in FB messenger there will be a sad smiley displayed with it. Why is it there and how do I get rid of it? I have the Bronze payment plan.
