I have attached two hyperlinks to my form and neither of them are working. Is there a specific way I should be doing this

     I have attached two hyperlinks to my form and neither of them are working. Is there a specific way I should be doing this?

    The links are point to a file on your computer as far as I can tell:

    The file would need to be hosted online since it cannot be accessed directly from your computer storage.  Upload the file to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then hyperlink to the file URL.
