Notification email are not being sent but submissions are logged and saved

    Our test admin noticed she was not receiving all form submissions via email.

    When I checked the site all the submissions were logged, but a couple which were

    not automatically sent had a white open envelope icon next to the submission.

    Is there an issue with the system?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have checked your mail logs and all notifications are sent.

    Can we have the submission ID in which the notification emails are not sending?

    Can you please check your spam/junk folder for the notification emails?
