Submission image URL not working properly

I have inspected your account. This URL is the submission image of the 'Contact MAPerformance Support' form.

Then I looked at your submission. It was normal:

Then I copied the left image's URL.

I saved the photo successfully.

Can you clarify when did you encounter this issue? How did you get the image URL?
