How can I make it so that after a PayPal payment, there is a return url option

    I'm starting a document review service, and I need to make it so that users can only upload files after they've paid me through PayPal. The PayPal form works fine, but my problem is this:

    When I use a PayPal form to accept payment, I am redirected to PayPal's interface to log in/pay/etc. When the payment is complete, PayPal shows a link that says "Return to (PayPal e-mail address)."

    What I need is for PayPal to say "Return to (site URL)" where I can send my users to the upload page.

    How do I change it so that the link after payment returns my customers to a specific URL?

    Hi

    I believe this feature is not yet available. After you're redirected to Paypal's payment/login page, it is up to Paypal's jurisdiction on where it wants you to go after paying. I think this could be implemented using Paypal's API although I could be wrong. This is a good suggestion, though. I will add this to our feature requests list. Thank you.

    Anyway, as far as i know, there is an option (as a Paypal merchant) to put notes on Paypal's order confirmation page/email. You could instead insert the URL for file uploading via that note.

    Okay, great. I'm not familiar enough with PayPayl's API to work on that end, but I really like the simplicity and ease-of-use JotForm offers (along with the fantastic Dropbox integration). Once this feature is available, I'll be switching to your premium service. Please keep us informed on when this feature will be available.

    I have added the paypal subscription (recurring monthly payment) feature on my website and after the client pays, the client is redirected to MY site 'thankyou page'. If this feature is on subscription, why is not available on normal paypal payment mode?

    @kroboz, the Dropbox integration is now live in JotForm! Go to your Submissions Page and click the gear icon on the right side of the page. Then click "Send Submission to DropBox" to log in and set up your DropBox account.

    Hope you enjoy this new feature! Thank you for using JotForm.

    We don't have or want a Dropbox account. Also, can you explain how doing this solves the problem?

    @CFCM

    I believe Allan responded to a question posted by kroboz. It has nothing to do with your previous question about Paypal and thank you pages.

    Anyway, it seems that you were able to figure out the answer to your problem. Is there anything else that you'd like to ask?

    Thank you for using Jotform and have a good day!
