Form not going to email

We have never had an issue with our form and now it won't go to our email address which is paacsurgery@gmail.com

I have checked the forms in your account and I can see you have configured email notifications, upon checking your account email history I see there are not emails sent, but your forms do not have submissions either. 

The email recipient address is not in our bounce list, you should be able to receive emails without any issues. 

I would recommend you to test your form and see if you receive the email notifications. I would also recommend you to check your spam/junk folder and see if the emails end up there.
