Steps 1 and 2 work. Steps 3, 4, and 5 do not work.
In number 3, Copy Field's value does not exist.
In number 4, Autoresponder is different altogether
In number 5 changing email recipient does not exist.
What Gives???
Are these instruction for upgraded versions?
I am using the free version.
Kindly let me know --- I have a deadline in 3 days.
Thanks for your patience with an old fart.

Yes, this is possible by using Conditions and calculation values.
Here are the steps,
1.) Add your dropdown option
and add calculation values to your Options. These values will be your email address.
Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
2.) You add a field or an email address field to be populated by the values you have selected in the dropdown option.
3.)Then you use conditions to pass the value to the email address field.
4.) Add an Autoresponder for your users to receive.
Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
5.) Then use the change email recipient condition to change the email address depending on the dropdown values.
Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
Hope this information helps.
Please give it a try and let us know if you have further questions.

Yes, it's possible to achieve with the free account.
3.) Please check the calculation value of your dropdown if the changes you've made is saved.
4.) It looks like you're looking for Notification, not autoresponder? If that's s the case then set up a notification to your form.
Guide: Setting up Email Notifications
5.) Follow this guide and you should be able to change recipients now: How to Send Email Based on User's Answer
Let us know if you still can not do this and we will help you achieve your requirements.
