    Hi there,

This is Richard S from Automattic/WordPress.com, and we have a couple reports so far where a user uses the WordPress.com embed code and when they insert it into a page or post, it does not display. If you look at the iframe code generated in the HTML, it show height="0".

This is the code that I generated on your site:

You can view the page and inspect the source code here.

One of our developers thinks this may be related to your implementation of oEmbed.

For further testing, we added the installed the https://wordpress.org/plugins/embed-form/ on a WordPress.org installation on a different web host and also got a height of 0 when we embedded a form.

So this seems to be an issue for self-hosted WordPress installations as well as for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

It would be greatly appreciated if you can look into this and get back with us. When you do, I'll CC my reply back to you so that we can get it into our ticketing system in case we need to get our developers involved in the discussions on this.

Looking forward to hearing back from you soon on this

Sorry for the delayed update. We have released a patch that fixes this.

However, on your site, the issue still persists.

Does WordPress cache oEmbed responses? If that's the case, can you please try to re-embed?
