Are you trying to reset the password of the account with email Id miluim@myaguda.co.il
I noticed that the account is still a guest account. To setup this account first login to your account and then verify email Id.

From the email logs, I could not find the password reset email. Have you tried requesting the password reset today? I have sent a password reset email. Please check your email now.
Have you checked the Junk/Spam emails?
Do get back to us if you are still not able to find the email.
