Report with possibility to filter & display signature

    Hello jotform team,


    We are using a form to collect data of tourists to report it to the local authorities. We have very specific formats that we need for the reporting and I am not able to figure out how to set it up.


    We need a report, ideally as Excel but pdf would be acceptable too.

    We need to print on a monthly basis the submissions per one column (accommodation)

    - where we can select and filter the columns so we can only print part of the submissions (possible in Excel but signature only displayed as link)

    - where the signatures are displayed as the actual picture, not the link (in pdf, but no possibility to filter what you want to print)

    How can I do this?

    Probably the best way to go is to use our new PDF editor.

    In submission PDF, you should be able to adjust your submissions the way you like it, also you can create multiple layouts and choose which one you need when you need it, remove fields that you don't need, including fields that you need (signature for example) etc.

    Could something like that work for you?
