I need to have a form on my website that attendees can fill out on line and submit. Also, the electronic signature feature, payment to PayPal I assume. there is a registration fee.
Is there a drag and drop feature if someone created a pdf form and sends it to me?
kindly reply as soon as possible. I am sure the free version will not give enough latitude as we have future events that our members will sign up for.
I assume you have tutorials available. I am pretty good on the computer but do not understand some of the language and get stuck.
my website is below and please advise the best way to do this.

You may embed your form into your web page.

We have templates you can use to create a registration form.

You can add the E-signature widget in your form.

Do note that JotForm is free to use. However, there are limitations.
You may use PayPal Integration in your form as long as you have a PayPal account.

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly.
You may check this guide regarding Fillable PDF forms.

However, if you want to create a Form then the form builder will allow you to drag and drop field elements into your form.
Hope this information helps.
