Square Module

    We used the Square payment module, but the funds did not show up in our account.

    Is the issue related to your Fat Tuesday Tickets form? The Square payment field you added to this form is set to Test Mode.

    You need to change it to Live Mode if you want to collect payments.

    So what happened to funds?
    We had 10 transactions that had ID's and everything.

    Transaction ID will be created for test payments as well. Your users were not charged because the payment field was in Test Mode.

    I would suggest you to double check with your users if they were charged. If they were not charged, change the Mode inside of the payment field to Live Mode and ask your users to submit the form again.
