Account not over quota

    I have a jotform Premium account and just received an email stating that my account was "over quota".  But I am no where near my quota???

    What is going on here? 

    If you mean it is time to renew my premium account I will, but it does not allow me, it is trying to force me to the $50/mo plan???

    What is going on, my account is no where near 10 gigs of space?  And I have never even come close to maxing out my monthly submissions.

    I really do not want my forms to stop tomorrow? What do I do?

    This has got to be an error, right?

    We have submitted a ticket in regards to this matter.

    I have checked your account and it is not in schedule for downgrade.
