I'm not receiving my notification emails.

    What can I do to receive my notification emails? I have setup DMARC and DKIM on my mail accounts, so I probably need to know the name of the servers you're sending email from. Can you please help me with this? I'm not receiving any notifications and I look like I'm not paying any attention to my customers. I do receive the test emails.

    The notification for that form appears to be fine, there is no failed mail log, and the recipient is not in our bounce list.

    You may ask your email service provider to add our domain names and sending IP addresses to their white-list: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains 

    Also, please make sure to check if there is any JotForm notification in your spam folder. Let us know if you need more help.

    No, that's not the form in question. That form has been working and appears to still be working. That's why I'm confused about this other form.

    The form I'm having trouble with is https://www.jotform.com/build/90326235214145. I received 3 submissions so far, but no emails and nothing in spam. When I go look at the history on my account, those 3 submissions are not showing nor is any email associated with those 3 submissions. The 3 submissions were all on 3/5, but no email is recorded as having been sent. When I filter on Email, I don't see any activity. I checked both of my email addresses and the individual user email addresses and nothing is on the bounce list. I get all of my JotForm newsletters and other emails just fine.

    Any other ideas?

    I have checked your mail logs and it seems you have recently used SMTP to send your notification emails.

    Checked your form and it seems you have changed it back to the default Sender email address.

    Can you please test a submission and let us know if the issue still remains?

    Yes, apparently that change or something else let it work. I received a response from a test submission that I just made. Thanks.

    The issue could have been with the SMTP you have setup with your notification email.
