Form will not submit.

I have patients who are unable to submit their info online. they are stating that after filling it out that the form still will not submit. We have checked to make sure all fields were filled out.

We would be glad to check this further, could let us know if the users are receiving a specific error message when the press the submit button? Can we try doing a real submission in your form? Also, if the form is embedded in a webpage, please share the URL of the page, so we can test further.
