Salesforce integration stops working randomly

    Our Salesforce integration stops working randomly due to the username and password authentication in the integration being switched around randomly, it seems.

    The authenticating username should be, but at times when I check, it is changed to fabsob and the integration does not work then due to mismatch with the security token and username.

    Why is this happening? And is there some way to delete or "forget" all other usernames so that it doesn't switch it around? See image.

    I don't think the username and the password is the issue since it is correct upon checking unless you've already corrected that before posting your problem here.

    Your password field is showing an icon which seems to be LastPass. Our website works with Password Managing tools, and it appears that it is preselected as soon as you go there considering that fabsob is your username. You may consider removing Jotform from LastPass to see if that will fix the issue with your Salesforce integration.

    Hi Welvin, I corrected it before posting my problem here. I'll try to remove it from LastPass and see if the problem comes back. Thanks!
