Why is my Login suspended?

    I just revised my form and removed the question that asked for the full credit card number. I even specified that the client should NOT include that information on the form and that I would call them to obtain that information. I was just adding a date/time stamp when account suspended. Please advise and reopen this account. Thanks.

    Upon review of your account it was found automatically suspended (autosuspended) due to form: http://www.jotform.us/form/90583514526156 using the word credit card many times.

    Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends forms that may contain words related to such activities.
