Why is my account going to be limited?

    Received a no reply email that I had reached my limit.  I already pay for the Premium service and pay monthly.  Please do not limit my account.  I am in the middle of receiving registration forms for a tournament and the deadline is tomorrow.  What is the problem so it can be fixed.  Below was the message.  Couldn't find a direct email to keep this private.

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Wednesday at 12pm EST. Premium accounts are limited to -2,146,435,072.00 B of upload space.

    I got the same message, and my account is no where near "-2,146,435,072.00 B" ???? of upload space. I am hoping this is some kind of glitch in the account automation.

    We have submitted a ticket in regards to this matter.

    I have checked your accounts and they are not in schedule for downgrade.
