I have tried sending myself test emails tonight and the forms are not working

Do you mean, your email notification is not working? That is because your email address is IN our bounce list with the following result and reason(s);
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 451-'4.7.1 Please try again later'
Please check this guide on how to prevent this from happening again:
I have now removed your email address from the said list so it should be working fine now.
