Are you referring to the PDF document attached to the email notification or any file uploaded to the form? As I check your JotForm 81799309926171, there are no file upload fields added to the form or the PDF attachment option is enabled in the email notifications. We request you to provide us with the form ID/URL and more information on the issue that you are experiencing so that we can assist you further.
