Cannot clone form

    Hi,

    I would like to import a template from jotform.com to my account on eu.jotform.com. The owner of the template has agreed but it doesn't work. What can I do?

    Make sure the Form owner allows his forms to be cloned.

    To check, let the form owner go to his account settings page > Privacy and uncheck "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users".

    You may also check the Form privacy. Go to your Form Builder Settings>Form Settings>Scroll down until you find Prevent Cloning and set to NO.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
