Invoice payment

    Hi there - Ive received notice from Jot Form that you've had issues taking payment for our subscription through paypal. Something to do with our card?  We have checked and all seems fine although we have had issues with Paypal which have now been resolved.  Could you try and take payment again please and let me know if there are any further problems.  Cheers, Jo

    I have checked your account and changed it to free as it was scheduled to downgrade. You can go to Profile settings >> Upgrade to upgrade your plan. Please refer to the guide below for more details:
