I paid for plan and then received an email saying I'm at my limit.

    Hi,

    today I purchased the $15.83/month plan for my jotform. I paid through paypal.

    I soon after received an email saying that I've reached my submission limit, when I only received two forms from two people.

    I don't understand

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that it is still in free plan. I am not able to trace your subscription payment. Please let us know the transaction number or your PayPal email address from which you have paid subscription payment and we will try to trace your payment.

    We will wait for your response.

    Unfortunately we have not received any payment from PayPal account with email address emmasdogrescue@gmail.com. Please check your PayPal account history and see if the payment was deducted from your account. You may also like to share a screenshot of the  PayPal transaction details and we will take a look.
